Stuck with a problem and no support

I ordered a large canvas print. It came with a broken frame. I reached out to customer service several weeks ago and have not received any response or support. They sent me a link to review my purchase and the link was not working... sketchy. I am feeling disappointed and will not be ordering anything else from them. Buyer beware - if you have a problem you may just be stuck with it.
